Prior to making any purchase from Vaperlot.com, customers should do their due diligence, be prudent and assiduous and research the item that they require is fit for purpose, it’s operation, maintenance and care as well as performance expectancy and it’s expected life cycle. If you are unsure of a product our staff is more than willing to answer all of your questions. Vaperlot.com holds no warranty or liability should a product not be fit for purpose or falls beyond ones performance expectancy as many vaping products are subjective to ones personal preference.
Vaperlot.com Starter Kits, Batteries & 3rd Party Regulated MODs.
The above classed items carry with them a 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects and have a life expectancy no less than 6 months excluding drops, bent or broken items and misuse. Customer experience has been 1 year and more on average.
Do not carry your starter kit vapourizer in your pants pocket as often customers will sit causing the battery top to bend and separate from the body. This is not covered under the manufacturer or any other warranty stated or implied. Often this type of damage can be repaired but needs to be evaluated by our technicians.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours if you happen to received a “Dead On Arrival” item for our purchase verified "No questions Asked" warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer our "No Questions Asked" refund or replace. Beyond the 24 hr, all returns and repairs are subject purchase verification inclusive of 3rd party items and require authenticity verification via scratch code on the original manufacturers packaging. Do Not Throw Away Your Packaging with the scratch code authenticity verification information. All Vaperlot.com batteries must be checked regardless of purchase period as they may simply be in the “off” position.
Clearomizers:
These devices are not intended for use with high VG e-liquids and will void your 7 day warranty for wrongful application. These devices are intended to be used with our Vaperlot.com GREEN and BLUE liquids for best life expectancy. High-VG liquids include all liquids with VG concentrations in excess of a 50/50 PG/VG blend. Clearomizer use with High-VG liquids can be problematic to wick and can result in dry hits and a prematurely burnt out atomizer/wicks. Please enquire when purchasing your e-liquid for conditions of use with your clearomizer of choice.
Vaperlot.com and 3rd Party Clearomizers with coils above 1.0 oHm resistance carry with them a 24 hr DOA warranty but require our technician to check prior to refund or replace. Please contact us within 24 hrs of purchasing the item. Beyond the initial 24 hr period a 7 day warranty for manufacturer defects applies with have a life expectancy of 2 weeks however customer experience can be 5 to 6 weeks life expectancy. This 7 day warranty is subject to our technician checking the items.
Sub-oHm Tanks & Coils & RDA’s / RTAs
Customers should do their due diligence, be prudent and assiduous and research the item that they require is fit for purpose, it’s operation, maintenance and care as well as performance expectancy and it’s expected life cycle of these items. Vaping hardware such as Tanks often require some practice to avoid leaking issues. We highly recommend doing some research before purchasing any such item. Our tanks are manufactured with the highest quality standards as are the 3rd party units we stock.
Our warranty on Sub-oHm Tanks extends to 30 days from the time of purchase and cover manufacturer warranty for defects and does not cover user error, lack of proper use or misuse of these products which may lead to leaking tanks, burns, fire or damage as a result of fire. This warranty does not cover a broken tank glass. Please open your package at the store to verify that your extra glass if supplied is intact before leaving. Vapelot.com does stock replacement glass for many tanks as a cost apart from the original purchased item in question. All replaceable Sub-oHm coils require priming with e-liquid prior to use and our sales agents are instructed to recommend this upon purchase. Please note the advisory cards and print on and inside of the packaging. The warranty on Sub oHm coils does not cover coils that have been used without proper priming or have been used outside of the recommended wattage/voltage range. Please read the recommended wattage/voltage ranges on the coil packaging and on the coil base itself. In the event there is no wattage/voltage range visible, the onus is on the buyer to inquire of the staff about the recommended usage range or to check the original manufacturer website. Sub-oHm Coils are covered by a DOA 24 hr period warranty thus the customer needs to contact us within this time should they suspect that their coils falls into this category. This warranty does not cover “a burnt taste” form a lack of priming or using an e-liquid that is too thick to be wicked by the particular coil. Please inquire of our sales team for fit for purpose with the e-liquid you are using. All RDA’s and RTAs are covered by a 30 day manufacturer warranty for defects with the exception of screws/ grub screws and o-rings as these items are expendable items and are expected to be replaced with use. This warranty does not cover wrongful assembly, improper matching of coil build vs device for which it is intended nor does it cover compromised batteries that may have become damaged from misuse or inappropriate matching of coil build, mod use (wattage/voltage) or battery amp rating. Vaperlot.com holds no liability for damages incurred as a result of burns, fire or a damaged device as a result of misuse of the appropriate battery or coil build. Please ask our sales team to recommend a battery for your device that would suite your intended needs. All Unregulated Devices are covered by a 30 day manufacturer warranty for defects. This warranty does not cover wrongful assembly, improper matching of coil build vs device for which it is intended nor does it cover compromised batteries that may have become damaged from misuse or inappropriate matching of RDA type, coil build, mod use or battery amp rating. E-Liquid, Drip-Tips, Chuff Caps, Mouthpieces.
Our warranty does not extend to these items due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on any listed above. In the event of a problem our sales team reserves the right to evaluate and determine if the item received is the incorrect item, faulty or if there are any other extenuating circumstances that requires an exchange or refund however this will be done on a case by case basis.

Clearance, Discounted, “Scratch and Dent Sale items” and “Damaged in Transit Sale items” are sold as is and carry no warranty stated or implied.
